Jean Perret watch- value?

I purchased a box of watches at an auction. On the clasp says plaque 10m and a flag like symbol with a star in it I believe. 4 diamonds. Looking for an idea on what it's worth?

Very little. The gold plate (Plaque d'Or) is very thin, not a sign of high quality, and there is little demand for modern women;s watches. Men collect watches, and they collect men's watches. Microscopic diamonds, if they are diamonds, have no real value.
