International Boy Scout Patch?

I found this in a batch of boy scout patches from the 80's. There were a couple other international boy scout patches from France and Thailand in the batch. Does anyone recognize the language on this patch and can translate what this patch says? Thanks.

It appears to be Thai -- Google lens identifies the word in red as กิจกรรม which means "activity".

กิจกรรม	activity (or employment)
ยวหาว่าต	I'm looking for that
16-2014.ศ. 23 (I think this has been OCR'd incorrectly) Maybe:  16-20 ม.ศ. 23 (not sure about the 1st Thai letter)	16-2014.23 16-20 A.D. 23 (not sure if this is a date or not)
