Identifying writing on a Vintage Scroll.

Good day Everyone.  I have a vintage Chinese scroll and have tried and tried to decipher the writing on it.  I would sincerely appreciate any help anyone can give me whether it be what it says or direct me to someone that can.

I can make out all but one word "中呂?和園", and from what I can make out it is the name of the estate /garden. Hope this helps you
