I need help identifying this piece of old glass Carnival?

I have had this footed bowl for many years and do not see any like it in any of my books. Does anyone know what kind of glass this is?

Bill Edward's- Standard Encyclopedia of Carnival Glass, revised 2nd edition shows this as Northwood, Rosette.
