We have a couple of vases from an estate that we are having trouble identifying. Both vases are unmarked. From the photos shown, would anyone know the approximate origin, style, and time period of these vases?

I think they may be modern pieces from Nicaragua. See this link: www.roostandgalley.com/product/esperanza-en-accion-6-inch-tall-vase-butterfly/
and, oddly enough, this link: https://www.walmart.com/ip/8-inch-Tall-Vase-Red-Bird-Esperanza-en-Accion/451112541?wmlspartner=wlpa&...

I think so, too, so Central American. Probably from San Juan de Oriente, the "Village of Potters." Sometimes called "Masaya pottery," too, from the village's geographic location.
