Help identify maker of vintage/antique double arm pottery candle holder

Can I get help identifying the maker of this vintage pottery candle holder? I have searched ebay and the internet with no luck. It seems there is a faint circle impression on the bottom, but not sure if it’s just a random mark in the pottery or a makers mark. About 7” tall. Thank you!

Is the pattern spelled correctly? I searched Google for it and came up with nothing. Nothing on EBay with that pattern name either.

I waited too long to edit, but my Huxford book doesn't mention this pattern at all except to show a catalog page, where it's marked #15, between a single, #13, and a triple, #18. The index says Tupelo, before 1920.
