Please allow my opinion. It is hand made but unmarked. The type of glass and overall balance is not of great quality, imho. This is the type of decorative pitcher that was popular in the 1970s and mass produced in Mexico and elsewhere.

There is a market for these elongated retro pieces. Click to compare: mid century tall glass hand blown.

Hand made probably Mexico or South America.  I bought a few colored glass pieces like this when I was in Colombia.  The glass is not exactly high quality.... lots of impurities.  Not necessarily the best glass artist.  The handle is a bit mis-shaped for instance.  But the color is unusual .  Value is $15-80 (if you're lucky).  That's my opinion atleast.
