Help Identifying Glass Maker Signature

Hello,

I found this piece with Jean Claude Novaro glass but I'm unable to identify the signature.

The first name is Paul but I am having difficulty on the last name.

The second piece is from JCN but I am not sure what I would call it as I could not find a similar piece.

Any help or feedback is always greatly appreciated! Thank you.

The second is a bottle missing the stopper.
