I need help to ID: year, make, value of this Grandfather clock. Originally from Pa or Mich.

Homemade? I say that because the face numbers were drawn/filled in with a marker or pencil.

It appears to date from about 1780. The movement is of an old fashioned design even then, it derives from the lantern clock layout used from the 17th C.
The dial is typically styled for the late 18th C, the beginning of the use of painted dials which were cheaper and easier to read than the earlier brass dials. There may be traces of a maker's name visible with very close examination under very oblique lighting. Dials were had painted, and may also have been touched up later. The numeral style is correct for the period. It is a 30 hour clock
My comments are based on what I can see, the first picture is none too clear and does not show the full case, proper examination of the actual clock case may differ. Value is impossible to determine without knowing the state of the clock market where you are.
