Have you seen this before Boy in a Blue Suit with a Rooster Print

Hello hope I am not wasting you time this little print caught my eye. I have seen it before don't know where.  It is 8.1/2" x 6.1/2".  It's kind of folksy to me. On the back of the cardboard it says a Magee Product. Unsigned. Thankyou as always.
