I thought Casey had translated at least pat of it on your previous thread:

Since you're In South Carolina, so you might contact the University of South Carolina International Student Services Office and ask if one of the Chinese students could help. There are about 600 Chinese nationals enrolled at the university.

Actually I think Casey was - very helpfully - describing the genre (the writing wasn't visible on the original thread):

OK. Maybe not even the same piece. Art without the signatures. Signatures without the art.

There are many many Chinese paintings by many so called artists.
Unless you come across an authentic one painted by the famous artist,it is not going to fetch much $$.
With Chinese paintings, students learn by imitating the master ,they can also sign his name and use his seal, sometimes if they do a good job,the master will even write something on his painting.
so now you can have a painting by a student who signed his name ,used his seal and the handwriting of the old master, only a qualified appraiser can tell you if it is authentic, and they are not always right.
There are also so called art farms, workers learn to draw paintings by famous atrtist, east and west,Andy Warhol,Picasso, etc
