Could be the replica of "Rarities" the race horse. Vallier (sp) could be the farm or trainer.
No connection to Rarities so far, but I found the name of the owner of a horse farm, Paul Valliere.... Apparently, he was a whistleblower in a scandal with the horses in 1996.
Looking for horse farm logos / branding ...
