Antique Chinese Belt Buckle?

Hi all,

I know next to nothing about this buckle. There appear to be three dragons carved into the front, and so I believe it’s Chinese in origin. It's also quite heavy for it's size, and weighs 84 grams in total. It measures 7 x 3.5 cm.

Is this an antique buckle? If so how old would something like this be? Any information appreciated.

Yeah, sometimes it's like that.     People look (50 views here, so far) but see nothing that rings any sort of bell.
