The most recent banknote acquired on eBay by el Heron was a nice

1936 dated note issued by Serbia.   The note was acquired from a seller

in Serbia.  The transaction went smoothly with NO PROBLEMAS.

In addition, the seller called the note Uncirculated.  And it is uncirculated.

So, it was a great eBay transaction.
