"Issue with address"

I won an auction last week, paid immediately. Early this morning I asked about a tracking number so I had an idea of when it would be here( I have my daughter watch if I'm at work due to porch pirates).  It wasn't a big deal, I wasn't in a hurry to get it, and said as much. I sent one message only. Within minutes they cancelled and refunded. Never responded to my message, reason given for cancelling was " problem with address ". I have bought and sold on here for years and never had an issue with my address. Were they just mad I asked for a tracking number? They could have just said no.
