item not showing on my purchased list

hi everyone, today I bought a subwoofer kit but it couldn't go through because my bank sended me a fraud message so as soon as I confirmed that I did the purchase they took the money that the subwoofer was showing but the problem is that when I go to my purchase list the item does showing up like I paid for it I message the seller and they only told me that If I have the order number which it did not show at all If could anyone help me out I would really appreciate it
