I made a purchase with $5 shipping costs added on. When item was delivered, I received notice from USPS that a "postage due" payment of $9 is required for receipt (was not home to sign/pay so only received USPS invoice). I contacted seller and he basically told me his package was light weight and I should contact Ebay myself. I don't want to ding him on feedback unless absolutely necessary so what should my next steps be?
