I won a bid from this seller. Before I bid, I sent him a message to ask if he ship the item to my town and what would be the shipping cost. He replied with a yes and quoted the shipping cost. After that I placed a bid and finally won it with the starting price.
Right after receiving eBay's notification I proceeded for payment and I followed eBay's instruction to request the seller for a new total, including the shipping cost that he quoted me. Nothing from him and after 2 days he just cancelled the order and relisted the item. I found no place to report this scam.
I am an eBay member since 2002 and never think that eBay allows this type of action.
Can he just do so now?
