Is there a limit on number of items sold?

I am getting the below message and trying to figure out if it’s me or eBay won’t allow any more items to be sold. 

“Thanks for listing this product! We limit the quantity that may be listed each week for this item. You've reached this limit and can't list any more at this time. You can list this item again seven days after your last listing.

Unverified sellers or those not meeting our minimum performance standards can't list this product.“
