How do I turn off all offers to me from other sellers?

  I never list an auction with that option but the option changes during automatic relisting" and I clear recently looked at Items and don't make Offers and never accept or respond to them when looking to buy something. But I'm getting tired of wasting my time on these sellers, so I was thinking of using this response to offers.

Thank you for sending an Offer to buy at a lower cost. I keep a notebook next to my desktop and record all sellers who make Offers because I Now know that they regularly overprice their auction/sale items. So when I make a bid, I always check my list and never pay full price for those seller’s items. I always make a low ball offer instead. Thanks for helping me save money. Have a great day!

I consider this a polite and pleasant refusal of the offer. Anyone have a better idea?
