So I purchase an item last month and the seller said the item was shipped and received per the tracking number. Item was located in South Carolina and shipped to Hawaii, was supposedly received the next day. Never received the item but the tracking number said delivered. I opened a case with eBay but they denied the seller doing any wrong doing because the tracking number said delivered. Currently have a case with PayPal but I feel this is ebays fault. Does anyone have eBays direct email?
anyone else have any issues with this? eBay should be accountable , ridiculous
