I bid and won many auctions for final bid price less than USD One Dollar with free shipping. All of these are Chinese sellers based in China. (Again, I've bought many items from sellers in China with no issues)
Paypal payments on these mini items will always fail, no matter I chose Bank Withdraw or Credit card. Again, I use these two methods to buy items on ebay all the time with no issues, so my payment methods are fine. The problem is on the China Sellers sides. One seller was even honestly telling me that the payment failure was due to final bid price is less than USD One Dollar. Therefore there is no way for me to pay. Some China Sellers are willing to cancel the order when requested, some flatout refused to cancel even though they are the onese who setup the buyers for payment failure. Many No Payment cases are open on me because of this reason.
As a buyer, there is no way for me reach out to Ebay to complain about this issue. Once a no payment case is open against a buyer, buyer can not even leave a feedback on seller to state this issue. Why is this fair? Why allow these sellers in China to setup Paypal payment minimum?
