The 20 year old button book I have calls similar buttons like this: dome shaped cobalt blue enamel inlay and it appears the buttons in the group that looked similar were dated late 1800s/early 1900s. 20 years ago, this button was selling for around $10. I guess it depends on the collector and what they would pay if you should decide to sell it. It is very lovely.
