Can you help me ID this Barbie dress?

Hi, fellow Barbie lovers!

Do any of you recognise this lovely dark red (not pink) satin dress with red spike shoes? I believe it is likely to have come on a boxed Barbie, but I've had no luck identifying it. It has a Velcro fastening and the spikes are narrow fit.

Hi Freddie, I believe this is a dress from the `90's or even the 2000's. I no longer have the packaging, but I believe the name of the fashion is "Barbie for President."  I started collecting inexpensive Barbies in the late 1990's, and this is one of the ones I bought. I shopped almost exclusively at Toys R Us, and it may have been a store exclusive. Hope this helps. Kathy

P.S. - to clarify: the outfit came with a Barbie doll. She may have even had another outfit in the same box, maybe a medium-blue "business suit." Kathy
