Can anyone identify this outfit?

This was from my Barbie when I was a kid...many decades ago. The thing is it does not have a tag and I cannot remember if it was for my Barbie or Francie doll.

@crowhaven70   It's Barbie's  Movie Groovie #1806 (1969). It was also sold as part of the Sears Exclusive Twinkle Town Set #1592 (1969).
