Someone sold me a lifetime xbox one ultimate game pass lifetime digital. I paid about $205 in total and he assured me in message that it never expires. It's for life. Shockingly, the game pass expired in 3 months. Now, the buyer is not refunding my money, and Ebay customer service is not available to help. No phone number or email to tell Ebay about the details without going through the return menu. And, each time I go to return menu to initiate a return, it says that the deadline to return has expired.
I believe this seller named abedallaalssyedahma-0 on Ebay, and who claimed to be located in Israel, knows about Ebay 30-day money back guarantee. However, he used that loophole and sold me a product that expires in 3 months while lying to me that it's a lifetime subscription. He's not refunding my money. I need help. I need ideas on how to go about solving this fraud.
