wrong shipping label

I paid for a shipping label that came out as for a USPS priority mail flat rate envelope.  I didn't choose that; I chose shipping for a 5-1/2 pound box and the shipping was $20.02.  So, ebay charged me $7.40 for the first label, which I have voided and hopefully will receive a refund.  When I go to print another label, I put in the right weight and box dimensions, but the same $7.40 still shows at the bottom of the page.  How can I get the right label?

When you go to Print another label, and enter the dimensions, weight, method of shipping, there is still a box to click, which I believe is Confirm, or Calculate and then that $7,40 will change.

Thank you, disney shopper.   Also, could you please tell me how to keep this from happening again and also how to get the QR code.  I have asked for the QR code for this item and ebay tells me it has sent it to my email, but it doesn't appear.  Thanks for your help.
