why is the negative feedback I left being automatically removed?

eBay has removed the negative feedback I left for a seller who completely deserved it so other buyers can be forewarned.

There is no good reason for eBay to have removed it.

As a seller, I find it almost impossible to get negative fB removed from MY account no matter how unfair, irrational, etc.

What is happening???
