where to store/save listings

Is there a place to store/save listings that I have previously listed and am not currently relisting??

I have lost so many listings that just disappear after the 30 day time -that I don't relist right away--then when I want to relist them--have to do the whole listing all over again-lots of work and time-seems like there would be a way to save for future use rather than relist right away or just lose them
