where is the real customer service from the country I am from

eBay in my opinion does not value as highly as it should it's sellers.  When help is needed we should be able to talk to customer service support from the country we originate from.  The cultural difference become apparent when trying to explain countless different ways exactly what the issue is and the needed help is not given.  Don't bother hanging up and thinking you might get your next phone call answered by someone from your country because it won't happen unless of course you are from South East Asia.
