where are my monthly eBay selling invoices?

SO eBay sends me these invoices as follows

You can download your file by following these steps:

1. Click "My eBay" at the top of most eBay pages.
2. Place your pointer over the "Account" tab.
3. Click the "Seller account" link.
4. On the next page, in the "Invoices" box, click the link "Download invoices/account history". A window will pop up containing a link to your available invoices.

So I get to the "Seller account" but there is no "invoices" box

Am I blind or missing something? Can anyone provide me with a link to these invoices?
