You got a great definition of what vintage and antique are.
How those words are used on eBay is something else. Since there's no review of how a listing is written, many less knowledgeable sellers use both words to mean "it's old".
On eBay, sellers using vintage often don't mean from or related to a particular year, decade, etc., just that it's old. The same with Antique. Very few of the items listed as antique are over 100 years old. Many sellers just mean "it's old" when they call their item an antique.
