OK, folks...am old(er) and thoroughly frustrated at/with eBay for a variety of reasons, some of which will be left "blank" for now, but the one I'm wanting attention for is their website...it's not working right and nothing seems to be listed for reporting/fixing such.
Items appear in my watch list that I did not select or put there. I delete/remove those items and other items that I did select but no longer need...but they aren't deleted/removed...or they're only temporarily removed/deleted, and when I refresh the site or log back on, they've re-appeared again.
I select the number of items to appear on each page...10, 25, 50, etc...but then it abruptly changes to another number, or after a few minutes it changes (I select 25 per page but it changes to 10 or to 50, etc.). Similarly, I select other search settings, or filters, and it changes or completely deletes these after a time, as well. All these problems happen in the same visit...not after switching pages or sites, etc.
Sometimes...all-too-frequently...I'm just completely booted off the page or site, and I have to re-select it and reset my filters to start al over.
Worst of all, they mix up items...either on purpose or because of a problem...so when I return to page 2 for example, after going back to page 1 or 3 for just a minute or two, the items on page 2 are in a completely different order than they were...COMPLETELY different order...and the same items are constantly appearing on different pages...I come across the same exact item on page 3 as was just on page 1, for example...and sometimes on a third or fourth page. Very frustrating.
How to convey this to eBay...? So far as I can find, they have no option for reporting/resolving Webmaster or Website operational issues...and/or they have nothing, anywhere, that explains why any of this happens, if any of it is normal (can't imagine).
