hello i need help as i bought an item brand new and now it does not work, the seller says he was helping a friend. and that friend bough it in pallets and he sold me one item that was new in the box never opened
however the warranty department from AIPER say it needs an order number from where this person bought the pallets either from Wal-Mart or AIPER Pool Vacuums and the manufacturer AIPER needs order number from Wal-Mart or AMAZON in order to honor warranty Pleas help as i have been trying to find the order number from the seller. seller says he has no idea and is trying to reach out to friend to see if he has order number, as i have purchased this items merely 4 month ago in April 2023 and it has a 1 one year warranty from manufacturer AIPER POOL VACUUMS .
Pleas help any ideas , i have reached out to manufacturer and says it needs order number whether it be from AMAZSON or Wal-Mart
