warranty an automotive item when seller wont reply

I have been trying to contact a seller that I bought an AC compressor from but the wont answer any of my messages. I has a 3 year warranty and its only a year old. What can i do

ebay's Money Back Guarantee is only good for 30 days.  If you paid with Paypal, they will allow you to file a case for up to 180 days from purchase date.  If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with the card issuer.
