using file exchange to upload a .jpg from dropbox

the file listed in file exchange like https://www.dropbox.com/s/4xqupae49jqvh9h/SC1053Hamilton.jpg generates an error when ebay tries to upload it.  Is there another way to use file exchange to upload photos.  Is there a location on ebay to upload photos in bulk prior to referencing them in file exchange?   Is there a cheap (free) photo hosting that I can use?

Any help would be appreciated
