uploading an Amazon file (notepad) to ebay

Can anyone give me any tips or how-to's or advice on how I can upload all of my current Amazon listings

to the ebay format? I converted all the Amazon listings to excel but still ebay will not accept them?

ANY info will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

I am not sure if file exchange will allow this to work or not.  I suggest you ask for help on the tools and app board and say you need assistance with file exchange in the title of the post.
