I recently sent an item to a customer. It showed that the item was shipped and an agent would deliver the item and that I would receive further information. Of course I did'nt and I emailed the buyer who said that the item was received. Apparently the item was never scanned. Can I change this item from shipped to delivered. I have the email from the buyer attesting to it's delivery.
