I agreed to an offer made on one of my items. the buyer decided he changed his mind. i relisted it and sold it and now an unpaid item case pops up. We both agreed to just cancel the transaction but with this case opened I cant so now he will have a blemish or ill have to pay fees on a $700 transaction that was cancelled. help please!!
