No need to contact eBay.
There is an automated process in place.
The day after the last estimated delivery date, you will be able to open a case for ‘item not received’.
Up until then, you will have to wait.
eBay doesn’t have the up to date tracking information. Have you tried the tracking number on the carrier’s (USPS?) website?
No one asked, but I am looking forward to the day when having feedback default sorted by relevance seems right.
