Hi I am top rated seller but am potentially going to lose the designation due to upload and vallidation of tracking.. I have shipped and dropped off all my december orders within one business day yet my percent effective # continues to fluctuate downward... what gives .?? anybody have similar issues and where are the #'s being used to sum up that percentage # being pulled from?
