thumbnail images not showing on front end of store

Hello- Can you please assist us with an issue we are having with our thumbnail images. they do not show up on the front page of our store. there is a little image icon and the text of the listing in its place. when we click on that and arrive at the listing the images are availible there.

Your store pages look like they were designed by a web designer.  I would consult with him/her and explain that you want the photo thumb nails, like those used by sellers using ebay's design, rather than a custom one.
