the item sent does not match the one shown at e-bay

The Smart Bracelet sent does not match the one shown on the package on e-bay when it was sold and is not a smart bracelet at all.  This bracelet 

arrived without a charger and instruction. This  is a completely useless things without  a charger and instruction.  In the original package shown on e-bay was attached by the seller another bracelet, not corresponding to the one shown on the package.

         I ask return me back my money for the bracelet and shipments. via Pay-Pal.
