suspect the items are not authenticity

I bought two pairs of stuart weitzman lowland boots from the buyer jane4444w. However, when I receive the boots, I suspect that these boots are not authenticity. 

I contacted the seller to cancel the order and return them, he responded me he will not refund the whole amont to me.

I bought this brand many times and here are some details between the real boots and his fake boots.

Real stuart weitzman boots have no smell and his boots semll badly. Real stuart weitzman boots' marks are silver and his boots' marks are golden. In addition, his boots have additional words than the real boots.

The dust bags are also different with the real stuart weitzman boots. The shoelace of real stuart weitzman are absolte black and his boots have white spots. 

The seller said his boots were shipped directly from Spain, however the shipping information shows that the boots are shipped from New York. 

I hope eBay could help me to solve this order to let me get my money back.
