summary page unavailable

I can't access my summary page. Even though I am signed in, a sign in page comes up when I click on the summary tab. I fill it out, it blinks a few times and then returns blank, without the username or password filled in. This started about a week ago then this past Friday it was working normally, but now the problem is back. The funny thing is that when I sign in to ebay UK or Germany the summary page works fine but since I am in Connecticut, I would prefer to see my saved auctions in dollars instead of British pounds or euros. Anybody else having this issue?
