Hi
I obtained a label on Ebay to ship an Item by UPS. UPS lost the Item two months ago. I followed Ebays protocol to obtain a claim from UPS. That was 6 weeks ago. I have a claim number and nothing has been done. I can not contact UPS directly because i have no account with them. I can only contact Ebay and am getting the runaround. Ebay tells me to contact UPS and UPS tells me to contact Ebay. You get the idea. Meanwhile I am out 160 dollars and noone has helped me hold UPS accountable for the loss.
