@mevianneMany users are having this problem.
 
Try using Chrome as it usually works for me when the labels are acting up. I have had no problems printing labels and I am using EDGE.   You could also try updating your adobe.    
 
If that does not work you can print the label from Paypal.  
 
I also suggest reporting this to ebay as the more people who report the problem the quicker they work on it.   

Select account invoice, question about an invoice, not your problem but it will get you a person.
