shipping label charged twice, why??

Hi

Has anyone else been charged twice for shipping b/w Ebay , Paypal and Fedex?

For some reason, I was charged for the same shipping label twice.

I paid for the shipping label through Paypal and shipped out.  Buyer received.

Today I get an email from Ebay that I am being charged again for same label and in a higher amount.

Over 5 hours on the phone, to get this corrected,  amongst all three institutions and still no one figure out why I am charged twice; back and forth with the transaction numbers confirmation, receipt numbers etc.  Each time given a different response but no resolve.

So painful and at a loss as charged incorrectly.  Just bounced around with no resolve.
