shipping charges

I listed my Paypal cashback credit card to be used for shipping charges, but all of a sudden ebay is taking the charge from my bank account.  Can't find out why this is happening and it is nearly impossible to talk to an actual person.

When you buy a shipping label, you have 2 choices - your pending funds or paypal.  You can not select a credit or debit card.

If you have no pending funds, you can make your debit card your preferred payment method for all selling costs. Go to your wallet - https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list - edit that card and mark it preferred fro selling costs.
