sent wrong item and was able to intercept package now how to proceed to send proper item

Hi @jc_hollywood 

You can Print another label on the Sold item using the drop down menu on the left.  You do NOT have to wait for the wrong item to get back to you before shipping the correct item.  Printing the other label through eBay will add the additional tracking number to the transaction.

Be sure to message your customer with what is going on.
